I have been wanting to convert my 08 s6 to e85 for a while now but dont have any info about it. what all would need replaced to run e85? would just an e compatible in tank pump and tune work? and know of anyone around indiana area that would tune it for e?
First before you do anything your going to need to get a vag com. Your going to have to log the car to see if its even possible without getting new injectors or fuel pump. In most cases the intank pump has been the issue with other cars.
Also you really really need to keep in mind that the injectors we have are prone to fail and have show to fail not just in our cars but the other cars they have used.
For E85 your taking these injectors and then trying to push 30% more fuel out of them. I wouldn’t suggest it but if you log everything we can help you see if the system has enough head room to support it.

What logs would you need to see? And I figured bigger and new injectors would be needed anyway.

I Would start with injector duty cycle time and then LPFP duty cycle. That seems to be the biggest issue for most cars going over the E85. The injector on time should be in the 6-8 second or less range stock.
