C6 S6 having P3299 after engine out

Looking to see if anyone has suggestions. I recently had my engine out to repair numerous oil leaks and while out had them replace all the items suggested when the engine is pulled (starter, power steering etc.) I also replaced the O2 sensors and had to replace the flex pipe portion of the exhaust on both sides. New Intake manifold and air distribution housing and the throttle body on the drivers side. Shortly after getting the car back, it started throwing " ```

Yes, it was at the shop for 10 weeks while the engine was out being resealed etc. and waiting on a few parts. less than a week after having it back that new error code showed up. Bank 4 which seems to be the same bank that the LTFT at throttle is above 10% (12.9% today) so I was wondering if they might be related.
