Well, tomorrow is the big day - taking the car to JHM for an extended stay. I wanted to start a new thread for this so I can hopefully provide a whole rundown on the process as it goes, and the results.
I’ve mentioned it before, but I should mention it again, that thus far JHM’s customer service has been nothing short of spectacular. They’ve gone way above and beyond to answer all my questions, offer suggestions, and help me get my car into their shop. I really can’t speak highly enough of their communication, every company should operate like they do.
