I don’t think there’s an aftermarket replacement for those yet, so I’m betting not very many people have good ones laying around that they’ve pulled out and aren’t using anymore. Might be able to find something on eBay from a salvage? I’ll take a look

Just curious, what happened to your airboxes that makes you need new ones? Or is this just for an experiment?
The previous owner took them out FML … so open element + cold start = PITA
C.scott, we have all the same mods except the crank pulley. Did you notice a difference when you installed it? Worth the price tag?
It is worth doing just on weight alone. I would recommend when you are in around servicing other items I would do this to cut down on labor though.

I did all my mods (except the exhaust) all at the same time, so I can’t really say what kind of difference it would have made by itself. But my opinion is that yes, it’s worth it. CountVohn has a great writeup about it somewhere in here, I’ll see if I can find it
