C6 S6 V10 engine swap

Have to swap engines in my C6 S6. Curious if I need to reprogram my ECU’s to the new engine, for immobo?

Any assistance / guidance would be greatly appreciated. :slight_smile:

You do not. If it’s just the motor there’s no need. Just unplug the wire harness from one motor and drop in the other. It’s once you move dash / ECU or Key assembly you’d need immo support. Or if you were putting a non V10 motor in the car you’d need that support.
