I was actually surprised he had “maybe” 1 car length on me. Certainly makes me wonder what type of power my v10 beast is putting down especially with 20% less air! I know the turbos account to give him his “420 CHP” at this altitude. Ambient temp was 98DegF.

At high speeds, displacement matters. Drove a stock c7 s6 the other day and did not blow me away. Our cars well sorted and maintained dont get the credit they deserve. Unfortunately most are not well maintained
So so so true. The 5.2 when well sorted maintained and modded is a really good motor.
I look at the S6 and S8 5.2 as basically truck motors Vs the V10 lambo and R8. If we follow the same concept that you would do in the domestic world there is a land of big power.
