Is working
I want to hear more!
(BRT-works = JHM??)
I believe this is Dan’s (JHM) handle.
Awesome to hear!!! Please expand!
Fucking awesome! My next step to a RS4 is getting closer.
when I heard the carbonator existed I got real excited about RS4 ownership
the launch of this product will drive RS4 prices up lol
Winning
good to hear
I can’t wait to see how people react to this. So far looks like they’re reacting as if nothing happened. After all the failed catch cans and meth injection etc. I guess everyone has a right to be skeptical…but while those ‘products’ were tested on owners cars, then found to not work, JHM HAS tested this on an RS4…and it worked.
I haven’t been following the FSI/carbon thing except for GTI’s - has VW/Audi ever directly acknowledged the problem exists other than changing the 2.0L turbocharged FSI engines? IIRC (I’ll have to check Vortex) 2009.5+ GTIs came with a redesigned engine, so called 2.0TSI in NA (not to be confused with VAG’s turbo/supercharged TSI in Europe). The refreshed design was supposed to reduce carbon.
Any idea on what’s different in the new motors? This threads a gift and a curse…now I’m going to have to start looking for RS4’s!!! ;D
Now that is some great news. It also means an S6 is back to being a possibility for me again. I would say RS4 like everyone else, but to hell with that living in Chicago. I’ve spent enough years driving in traffic with 2 ton racing clutches. Looks like it’s a great time to pick up an RS4 before the prices start going up ;D
I got a carbonator going into my gti soon. It’s called nitrous ; )
lol Nice.
I would love to hear more about the carbbanator the biggest let down of the new FSI motors is the fact that there FSI lol. It would be good to see a well thought out fix
