Welllllll I was gonna surprise but eff it. Getting my tint finally redone, getting larger spacers, going to vinyl the roof, plastidiping the wheels for my “winter” set up =P and a couple other subtle changes that will tie all of that together.
Sweet - what % tint are you getting. I like the look of vinyl roofs, pitty my car is black. Looking forward to pics
15 seams too light for me, but 5 is too dark. If they got a ten it’ll be perfect lol
I’ll prob go 15 though. I should have it all done by next friday. Should look veryyy nice when I get it “all” done.
Spacers should make me very stancy. Prob most excited about that.

5 is pretty dark. . . I’ve got 15 all around and 50 on the front. I like it a lot and it’s plenty dark imo.
I was thinking about doing the front too. probably 75 though, keep the glare away. Only thing holding me back is my damn beach pass, its a bitch to get off of the glass by itself. I would have to re-tint every year.

I really like my front being tinted, I don’t know that you’d even notice 75% (if it’s even an option). Even bone stock cars have a bit of tint to the windows, with 50% on my front, you kinda notice it, but it’s not that obvious and I still have to wear sunglasses without question while driving b/c it isn’t cutting that much light out. I will say it did knock off a little glare and I do really like that, as well as the look.
So you’re saying your beach pass is a pain to get off and that would mean you’d have to pull the whole tint off? I’m not following. You’d still see it fine through 50% tint, 15% would be a little tougher, but I dunno.
Is it a beach pass on inside of front windshield, or outside of back windshield (I’ve seen both). If it’s outside, then it won’t affect the tint at all (all tint is installed on the inside of windows).

But the beach pass is a sticker backed decal that applies on the inside of the window. Only way to get it off is about 10 minutes of scraping with a razor blade. Total bullshit. They make it so shitty so you can’t switch cara with it. So I’d have to scrape the shit out of the tint once a year lol
A buddy of mine had 75 I believe and said he loved it. Took out just enough shine

Well either way, that sucks that the pass sticks on the inside like that.
Maybe you could rig something else up where it’s not actually adhered directly to the tint, etc.
Man, AR has been blowing up this past week. I had set AR to send email subscriptions any time a new post was made, b/c in the earlier days it wasn’t that often and made it easy to respond to. I think I’m going to have to go remove that b/c it’s quickly becoming out of hand.
