Sorry to change the subject on you guys but I have an odd random question maybe someone can help me with… I dont know if all Audi’s have this or not, but if your at extremly slow speeds you can tilt the side mirrors in. Well I was wondering is there any way to make it so that you can tilt them in at any time? cuz something is obviously in the computer that keeps it from being moved when the car is moving above 5 or 10 mph or whatever it is. Any way to change this?
I’ll dig around in VAGCOM some time this weekend to see if anything is mentioned about it. I haven’t forgotten about you and the wheels, just didn’t have time to make it to the shop to pick them up today. I don’t think they’ve even unmounted the tires yet, so yeah 
No worries I just wanted to know how much so I can price the rest of the ones i would need, for a full set of 5. So i still need to locate those and I have a lot going on with my body work and its getting more expensive every day so we’ll see what happens.
I can get the OE USP wheels for $250 a piece if you want new ones for the other two wheels. Let me know.

Anyone paint their intake manifold? Mine has a few chips on it and I’d like to clean up the engine bay a little.
If not what would you guys recommend? Colors, paint, Ect

I am going to be doing this with my spare IM and Valve covers. Thinking the Im is going to be Orange and the rockers covers Lime green or Nogaro Blue.
I think you should do it in a completely different colour. It doesnt have to match your car as it is never seen on a daily basis unlike your wheels, so pick something that will pop when you pop the hood.
I was actually thinking orange too, something that pops that can be out of place

Orange and blue would look pretty funky, definitely haven’t seen that on an a4 before :o
If I was painting mine I’d do red personally… maybe blue, I’ve seen an S4 or two with a blue IM and it looked pretty cool. Blue valve covers would go with the red coilpacks I think.
Oh, anyone tried/wanna try the tune on race gas? Our cars seem to love high octane for some reason. I’m going to throw some in when I go to the track for a little boost and see what happens.

Motorsports did you ever track your car yet? You should post up some driving videos seeing as to how you have the fastest 3.0 out of us right now 
Haven’t tracked it yet. Going to make some videos here shortly. Been super crazy busy. Plus gettin the last of the wake boarding in for the season ;).I’ll have some done by this time next week tho.

I know its not a 3.0 but I added about 60/40 race gas 109 unleded to my car and you really felt her wake up.
I did it before when I was stock and there was really no difference power or responce wise. With the tune its great as it will let you adapt up to the next level of power.
just becarefull not to over octane the car. Too much octane will slow the car down as big octane fuel burns slower

On the intake mani deal its up to 3 colors to me, they have a copperish color, anodized red, and a sweet looking metallic black. I was thinking metallic black with copper fuel lines or the red?? Lol

Ooooh right the TCU tune! I think I’m going to wait until the dp’s are available. I want to do TCU, dp’s and a custom mandrel bent exhaust all at one time, already have a shop lined up for that ;D
