Coil Pack keeps popping out

For the past few days had an issue with misfiring. Coil packs poping out every other day ( only on one side).
Not sure whats causing it. I am missing two screws that hold coil pack harness wiring protector.
I might be answering my own question or it might be something else? Any ideas?

Is it one whole side, or one coil pack?

I would suggest torquing your spark plugs to spec, if that doesn’t fix it you may have a leak where the valve cover seals to you spark plug/coilpack “chamber” but I’d imagine if that was the case you’d also be seeing oil in there

2 out of 3 on one side. I had a problem with the valve cover gasket, but it has been fixed and coil pack chambers were cleaned. What is a torque specs for the 3.0 b6 22-25lbft?

Pull the coils all the way out and look for part of the rubber from the bottom of the coil pack to be stuck on the spark plug. Recently I had a 3.0 A6 where oil ate away at the rubber that holds the coil pack down and the guy had to buy a new coil pack. It was very weird but shit happens.
