Coils and plugs

Hi everyone,

I want to do a plug and coil change.
What is the general consensus on spark plugs, particular brands and gaps.
Also coils, is there a better coil or just stick to the normal black ones? I ask this because on my s3 I was running the latest version red ones and they did make a huge difference.

The quad post plugs are the best because you dont have to degree them when you install them. Generally they already come with a .35 gap.

The OEM coils as long as they are the lastest version they are very good.
