Costumer service/friends of no words for it!

Five minutes before I arrive at the waterwerks in Richmond,ca today 08/23/15 my SC tensioner belt broke, and jason, kurt, dru, and Z hands down for those guys from JHMOTORSPORTS.
Jason was on his way to the show and he brought a new tensioner and belt, all coordinated by Z and DRU making the calls to jason and kurt (they offered to fix w/o hesitation and i had my kids w me so they wanted to help :clap::clap::heart:)

[img width=447 height=597]and guess what, they replaced right there at the spot so i could make it home w/o towing my car and taking a chance to damage something, and also i drove a perfect working car back home,Cant say enough thanks for those guys!

That’s really awesome. Any idea why the tensioner belt snapped?

They said prolly because i had the old one style,so now they have a up graded version that i got! I will bring the car in soon for some service and we will go through

Good to know.

That kid looks kind of guilty, maybe he poked a hole in your belt

Kudos to JHM for taking good care of you, Denis.

Did you have the older manual tensioner?

I recently switched over to the automatic tensioner as well and it is a fantastic upgrade for multiple reasons.

that guy in the last picture looks like those forearms and shoulders could pick up the whole car, never mind the bumper cover…

i had the first one that came out!

saki that guy is Kurt he is a big dude

Bit of a exaggeration but yeah Kurt is a strong dude.

Jason looks like he has lost some weight since I saw him last.

Okay, I did too. It looks like you have the newer blue belt rollers. I had the older black belt rollers and I just recently upgraded to the newer style as well. It is a nice upgrade since the newer rollers have lips on the back to prevent the belt from slipping off.

Yea u said it all, and jason lost lots of weigh!

Glad to see they hooked you up. I’ve always loved your RS4 - very unique.

really? because I once saw him lift an S5 off the ground so we could get an air compressor hose out from under one of the tires.

note the smiley face in my original post

Didn’t know that.

Like a full on Vin Diesel from the Fast and Furious 7 movie huh? When Paul Walker climbs under the car to get the computer chip.

like superman in the Christopher Reeves one

Did he lift a corner or a whole end? That seems like an impossibly large amount of weight.

one side
just for a second

True

Thats one of many interesting things he has lifted.

Its great to see and hear about these stories. Anyone can sell a product but its good to see the guys getting down and doing whats needed to support the customers that spend the money and the guys that support them

The joys and beits of being near JHM

Difficult to get that kind of JHM service elsewhere in the world.

Anyway, I have the new tensioner system as well and it is way better so absolutely a worthwhile upgrade.
