I agree that the 4.2 and v10 are similar but the whole car especially car/trans combo is different. There are many on here with a lot of Audi knowledge in this forum. I’ve learned a lot from my car. The trans is a big part. Torque Converter lockup is crucial when making more power especially the timing of it. You can make all the power in the world but if the TC is to loose youll never see the results, even on the dyno. Dyno a car with the TC unlocked, then Dyno with it locked. You will see a big difference in power. Hopefully some of you will see that waiting around for one guy to MAYBE come out with a trans tune is a waist of time. The trans in our s6’s is in many other cars (Models and Manufactures) and can be and has been tuned by many others. Ask me how I know, but then again you wouldn’t believe me so I guess just keep waiting.
Its really amazing to hear that, while not one Tuning shop worldwide offers a TCU tune for the Audi 6hp26a to the public, somehow you seem to have a TCU tune available and perfected!

Your tuner CV from what I have seen has done some awesome things and also seems very meticulous in his work. This is my Speculation as I have never delt with him. I haven’t seen him post up much most likely because he is extremely busy and doesn’t boast his achievements because he doesn’t need to. The customers he has, and the work he does speak for themselves. That is a great thing. My point is there are many people like this and that is reality. if there wasn’t, we would never progress any further in the industry.

Just as a for your information. If you have your cell phone and you go out of town your IP info would reflect that as you would be picking up a signal from a different tower.
So if you did travel to say new Mexico it would show that even if you were on your phone.
Indeed… he clearly was confusing IP addresses (which change any time you switch internet connections) with MAC addresses (which never never change). The failure of his last attempt to lie to us was by neglecting the fact that we all have day jobs, some of which might be in technology. Oh well, good riddens.
I personally don’t think he should be let back in. The more opportunities he was given the more he wasted. He said he didn’t have time to test but wasn’t telling us what he did because he was doing some deep testing. The more obvious it became he was lying the more he attacked the members trying to give him a way out.
No matter what he does from this point I ask that we all reject his results. He is the kind of guy that will just spend crazy money just to not be wrong. I don’t care if he does have a video.
