He wrapped that himself…and said he would NEVER do it again. He hated every minute of it lol.

not so curious. Lots of guys elect to save 60 lbs on their 3890 lbs cars by doing that. Of course the performance benefit of chopping a mere 50 lbs of unsprung weight (for about $2000) are fucking laughable. Think 5 hp.
They’d have double the dynamic effect with something like LW front rotors and a LW flywheel…and wouldn’t end up looking like a ricer because they didn’t paint the hood/boot.
If I could replace that 200 lb piece of useless glass above my head would be the first place I start for weight reduction !

yeah, the S5 sunroof is a weird thing…doesn’t slide, just tilts up. Waste of weight. I like being able to see through the roof at least.
A friend with one says the sunroof just acts like a magnifying glass for the hot sun, and he hates it.
