Do any of you use something to keep the door seal from drying out/rotting?
If so what do you use?

I always clean them when I wash the car about every 2 weeks.
So there not in bad shape. They look almost brand new. Accept for the bottom of the doors.
There seems to be a small mold growing because of the water that sits there after it rains.
Sometimes it sounds like the door seal and the body seal are binding up on each other while driving.
I have this issue as well. If i don’t wipe them off after every wash, or at least open all the doors after every rain to let the water drain, it smells awful and then mold starts appearing.
