I’ve got a 2010 S4 DSG and taking the next jump to flash the box.
What redline Rpm should I ask for and what is the best rpm for the LC ?
I will be using at the track.

I don’t believe you get a choice. GIAC is currently the only company offering a DSG flash for these cars and it is canned.
I have 2 companies that can do it locally. Stealth and CPI.

I was leaning towards 4000 rpm on the launch ? Too much for the tranny ?
I’ve never heard of either of those. GIAC has been good for the AWE guys. Did you try APR they’ve said something is in the works. I’d be interested to see if it’s ready.
Looks like he’s in South Africa based on the location of the cpi website. Wondering if APR/Giac is available for him. I thought APR had some dealers over there though.
From what I just saw through the Facebok/websites… they both use piggybacks or involve soldering the ECU… meh.
I think anything over 3800 RPM will cause you to spin tires resulting in a lower ET.
The plug and play modules are used on the Golf 7’s and AMG A45’s to make it undetectable for the dealers.
No soldering required.
My gearbox ECU was read through the plug on the gearbox ( on the left side ). I just need to give them info on what launch rpm I need.
