The recent 12.44 was with version 2 though.

Ur 12.5 quarter and 10.87 60-130 were with version 1.

To have Pete’s car that ran a 12.4 quarter and then a 11.87 60-130, or about a second slower doesn’t make sense. Also- The v2 car ran a 11.6 that we tested.

That decline helps a ton.

well 60-130 probably takes what…1000 to 1500 feet ? So you can submit to 6speed with a 30 to 40 foot drop…that’s a small apartment building.

Just got the v2 tune in this week? BTW do you know what happened to riches’ car the logging day? Ripped 1st and 2nd today and I had the same hesitation. it’s not the slipping issue I’ve had it was something else. I had tractions on and the light did come on. Worried me a bit, I’m hoping it was just cutting power because of the traction controls.

Still need to get the stock exhaust pic. Should have it saturday I think.

Happened to both v2 cars, abrupt power loss.

Both said it felt software related. Might be something like too fast of a throttle input before clutch release causing a limp mode.

I’ll play around over the next few weeks with the tractions on and off to see if I can narrow it down.

im 99% sure its a traction issue. it USUALLY doesnt happen when esp is fully off. its happened once with traction off but i think its cus it was a very quick downshift right into acceleration. i gotta update my v2.0 for the raised rev limiter, i had to shift into fifth to hit 130 so def lost time there vs the other apr v2.0 that hit 130 in 4th gear

Yea when it happened I looked down and saw the tractions light on. Maybe with the increased power it comes on harder? I haven’t had a chance to romp on, haven’t even confirmed I’m on the 93 map yet. Thanks for chiming in, I was gonna text you.

for me its happened 3rd-4th and 4th-5th and never did a traction light come on but it feels like a full on power cut more than a slip, the revs dont climb past 4 until you fully let off the gas and then get back on it. maybe even a DBW issue?

Might be a different issue then. I’ll try to replicate it tonight and see if it’s consistant, then I’ll do the same with trac. off.

my Rs4 spins the tires going into second gear…and if I’m hooning it on an onramp and do a fast shift from 7700 RPM into 4th, it will occasionally bog from traction control stepping in. My car is stock.

You guys could definitely be experiencing that.

Wheels were swapped yesterday, might affect my future encounters. I did however romp 1-3rd today. 1-2 no issues, 3rd I hit a wall at 5th. Shifted into 4 and it was fine?? I think I’m gonna have to do some logging.

probably meant hit a wall @ 5000 rpms while in third gear.

exactly. rolled out in 1st, slammed 2nd, slammed 3rd. When I got into third the car stopped excelerating. The shift left me right around 5k and the rpms didn’t move with my foot down. Shifted into 4th softly and it was fine.

luis- did u pull over and notice any clutch smell?

didn’t check. About the clutch when I had my headlights done he drove my car around the block. My clutch is kinda gritty, I hopped in his and it was smoother. Ballz had the same issue and the dealer replaced it, told me there was a tsb.

your slave might be shot, seems to be a common issue for the 6spd

I’m gonna mention it to the dealer for my 45k service. hopefully they can look past my mods with the tsb out there. fingers crossed
