Is it safe to drive the car with the sensor code?
Looks like bank 1 flap is not moving.
If by safe you mean driving in the current state won’t cause damage - probably not. I’d keep the engine speed reasonably low until the sensor is replaced. Depending on which sensor failed, the fix might be 15 minutes versus over an hour. One is located up front and is very easily accessed and the other on the back side of the engine and takes a bit to get to.
