Fuel pressure - low pressure side

My car has a code for:

012555 - Low Pressure Fuel regulation
P310B - 004 - Fuel Pressure Outside Specification

When I look it up, it seems that I could be either the sensor, fuel filter or fuel pump (the one in the gas tank I guess).

Looking in VCDS at engine measure block 103 it only reads 5.3 bar at a max. While driving it’s more like 4.98 bar.

So it looks as if it is the fuel pump or the fuel filter.

Does anyone have any experience on this code?

I don’t think so. I can say that at 155k which is the mileage when I bought my S6 I was planning on replacing both the primary fuel pump and the filter anyways. If it were me unless those were both replaced recently might be a good idea to swap them out as both a precautionary measure and to address the codes. Any noticeable issues other than the codes? I had a fuel pump replaced on my B6 S4 and I want to say it gave me issues not always starting right away about a week prior to the pump finally failing. I do not remember any specific codes unfortunately though.
