Apr and giac are probably pretty equal on the A6 3.0t with the regular auto trans.
The dsg s4 with 3.0t need giac for the facelifted versions due to the shortened revlimit and Apr’s inability to write a TCU file that works.
Like sakimano said both APR and GIAC are solid. I would probably go with APR due to the JHM factor and how they would be able to help. APR still seems involved in the 3.0t development so that plays a good roll as well.
