Going to run my car to get a baseline before doing the following upgrades:

3’’ DP’s to 4" exhaust
JHM FMIC
Water/meth

Those are the mods that will happen the soonest, others ill post later. Its nice and sunny today so it should be dry. Im now on stock wheels and tires instead of the 19’s ( sold those )

My guess is a high 12 low 13 with maybe a 110 ish give or take.

Those who want to go, PM me and ill give you my cell so we can meet up, could use a camera guy. getting the car ready now so speak up.

Due to it being very windy at the track, they only did 1/8 mile runs :stuck_out_tongue:

Got 5 runs in which is all I needed. Best was 8.2 @ 89mph 1.83 60ft. If you do the math its 12.85 1/4 mile roughly.

It was fun and now I have a starting point. Already have the FMIC and exhaust stuff just need to find time to do it.

no pics… but i got video :slight_smile: ill post later in the day.

There was a sick foxbody mustang running 6.5 1/8mile. 1.4 60ft, 5speed. was so bad ass, wish I would have got video. He said he dynoed it the other day was just under 900hp and 700lbft. insane!

Damn now that is some grunt, if you apply the math you did what would it have done the 1/4

it’s a bit quicker…1.55 x the 1/8th is very accurate so probably more like 12.75 or so

what was the 1/8 time exactly?

mph would indicate roughly 1/4 mph of 112-113 for a b5. ET should have been a bit quicker based on 60 foot and the good mph. Did you miss 1-2 or 2-3 in any way?

Ok heres what the slip says exactly.

60 ft - 1.832
1/8 - 8.264
mph - 88.295

All other times were 1.8 -1.9 60ft with 8.3-8.5 1/8 mile

Very solid runs there and solid 60’ times for an A6! I’d consider low 1.8’s to be quite impressive for a A6 regardless of the mods considering there’s nothing “crazy” done.

Edit: So I’m out of the loop and an idiot. Didn’t realize the A6 has been long gone and this is the B5 S4. . . [facepalm] Anyhow, still major props and look forward to it continuing!
