Good deal or waste of money?

2005.5 sprint blue S4 with 43k and front end damage, just sold on ebay with no reserve and only the minimum bid of $8k.

Assuming that the motor is in good shape, it seems like you could make some money on that car.

Engine/Trans - $4k
Recaros - $2k
Nav - $1k
Wheels - $1k, maybe more
Stasis exhaust - $700

Or fix it up yourself and have a B7 S4 with 43k for about $12k…

Think I saw his thread over on fourtitude. From what he claimed and from the pics it appears to just be cosmetic damage. If thats the case I’d buy it and fix it-- a sprint B7 with 43k with a few thousand in repairs would be a steal. I’m always skeptical about this kind of stuff though. I’d much rather check the car out in person then buy a headache off of ebay

  2. APR Software Tune

The engine is in perfect running condition and the car is practically flawless minus a couple minor scratches on the driver side quarter panel.
With the modifications the car has approximately 400HP

^ I lol’d at that part too.

At least the stasis catback is 2.5", because god knows that hot air intake and apr tune aren’t doing much.
