Has anyone replaced their S6 5.2 V10 IM with a RS6 V10 IM?

Has anyone replaced their S6 5.2 V10 IM with a RS6 V10 IM?

Have seen the twin turbo by Joel Francisco and he switched to an RS6 V10 IM with Lambo headers. Just curious of down sides to this RS6 IM? As the stock S6 IM is crap due to the plastic flaps. :slight_smile:

So in the end. Your broken S6 intake is going to outperform the RS6 one. As the RS6 is single plane and not going to help with runner length. If you can get a functional intake manifold with the runners there’s good power to be had on the long and then shorter runners.

This was done by a few people on the modded RS6 and then R8 intake swaps. The V10 has a much different cam profile that leds itself to work better in a Tq phase RPM range. The range those other intakes don’t perform in well.
