Help with sound my rs5 makes when going 40+ mph

Faint in the video and without being there pretty hard to tell. Does it sound like it’s coming from the engine comapartment, right under the car? Or in the rear? Transmission been serviced recently? Rear Diff? AOS/PCV?

Sounds like it’s coming from the front passenger side, haven’t changed any diff or trans fluids in the short amount of time I’ve owned the car, only thing I’ve gotten replaced is the evap purge valve

How many miles on the car? Maybe a CV joint?

109k and I’ve replaced the cv axles on the front
