After a year of sitting, Im finally getting my 3.0 back together for my A6. It all started with being told my trans was cracked, so I pulled the engine and trans together, and started replacing gaskets and timing belt on the engine. I have deleted the entire SAI system, redoing the vac lines, deleted the auxiliary water pump, blocked off the throttle body coolant lines and making block off plates for the heads, where the combi valves were at. I cut the cats out as well, going to weld some piping in place, and get a hold of a user on Audizine about tuning out the codes for the SAI and rear O2 sensors.

Im right outside of Philly.
With the tune, did it eliminate the HORRIBLE lag when you down shift from say 4th to 3rd around 40 mph so you can step on it? Today some body pulled out in front of me while we were all merging on a highway and after I rev-matched and downshifted, I had to wait a second for my car to want to go. Def not a clutch problem either, as the rpms werent increasing and I was essentially waiting for the throttle body to open.
What are you favorite parts of the tune? I have yet to find a really good all inclusive review of it.
