Ieatfishburritos, the 2nd coming..

Lol same here in used to think wagons were bleechhhh but now its grown on me after seeing a few and rideing in a few. I really want to think its not because Im getting older LOL

I think a lot of enthusists dont think to sell on the forums and a lot of just average car people dont even know the power of the forums. I also think lots of people dont try to sell cars on the forums because on the forums people already own these cars so they dont exactly go looking for cars. Your trying to sell a car to people who already own the car your selling.

Saki I think your right. I dont think he will take less then 15 but I think it will take less then 15 for it to sell

Btw last auctions bidding ended at 17,2. Ofcourse reserve was not met as his buy it now was still at $25k. I’d love to see how much he’ll end up selling it for.

The 17.2 bid was that people bidding or was that a starting bid. 17.2 isnt too bad

15 was a starting point and with four bidders and eight bids it went up to 17,2 with reserve not met.

Back on the s3 topic. How has the car been? Really looks great in blue, I bet it’s a fun car to zip around in. Has anywoje ran 12.x stock, tune only is deep 12s full exhaust is mid high 11s right? I really like the motor in these! When is the rs3 coming?!

At first I thought you were talking about the S4. The S3 seems to be doing really well with a few simple mods. They are performance wise close to the GTI cars

Might be a cool car to mess around with! If you wanted the turbo feel in a car, I bet no let modded it will gets 25-30 mpg and is quick fast stock turbo and FBO of course. I love the way 5 cyl sounds, not a v10 but burblet and unique. Is the motor pretty much the same as the gti? Same dsg?

He currently has two bids. It’s now sitting at $20,250

Hah beat me to it, just saw it today and wanted to post. I’d take that and run with it! That’s a great tag for a seller!

Looks like it just needed to be put in front of the right people

did it sell?

p.s. he works at NASAJPL. Neat.

Yup, $27,520 USD.

That doesn’t even make sense…

That’s what some people in the thread have said. Seems like the winning bidder really wanted it badly…

guaranteed it doesn’t sell for that. i.e. they won’t close.

Will be interesting to watch this…

Yeah let’s see what that goes for…

Would we find out? Would it go back on auction on BaT or do they keep that stuff hush hush. Not sure if anyone actually knows so somewhat of a rhetorical question I guess.

they claim they have a big deposit required to bid so who knows

but if you see the car for sale elsewhere next week, guess what…it didn’t close.

We could always just ask him lol. He started this thread. Then vanished.

So this one B6 S4 Avant Nogaro 6 speed with 50k miles sold for $27k and this guy http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/671035-B6-Avant-with-6spd-(Feeler)-Colorado , also a B6 S4 Avant Nogaro with 100k miles has been lowering his price and is down to $12k OBO and still can’t sell it?

Wtf? 50k miles = $15k difference?

Yup lower mileage cars, especially something special like that, almost always bring more. Just look at the E39 M5 prices, just insane fluctuations. Lower mileage ones bring obscene amount of money, just insane.
