That doesn’t even make sense…

That’s what some people in the thread have said. Seems like the winning bidder really wanted it badly…

guaranteed it doesn’t sell for that. i.e. they won’t close.

Will be interesting to watch this…

http://bringatrailer.com/listing/2007-audi-rs4-3/

Yeah let’s see what that goes for…

Would we find out? Would it go back on auction on BaT or do they keep that stuff hush hush. Not sure if anyone actually knows so somewhat of a rhetorical question I guess.

they claim they have a big deposit required to bid so who knows

but if you see the car for sale elsewhere next week, guess what…it didn’t close.

We could always just ask him lol. He started this thread. Then vanished.

So this one B6 S4 Avant Nogaro 6 speed with 50k miles sold for $27k and this guy http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/671035-B6-Avant-with-6spd-(Feeler)-Colorado , also a B6 S4 Avant Nogaro with 100k miles has been lowering his price and is down to $12k OBO and still can’t sell it?

Wtf? 50k miles = $15k difference?

Yup lower mileage cars, especially something special like that, almost always bring more. Just look at the E39 M5 prices, just insane fluctuations. Lower mileage ones bring obscene amount of money, just insane.

Hi Guys, sorry for disappearing it’s been out of this world busy… The avant sold on bring a trailer and I received the full payment shortly thereafter. I also sold my asc mclaren foxbody capri on bring a trailer and traded in the S3 as part of my master plan to get into a 991 911. The evil plan happened last night  #Neverforget-4.2

Nice aerokit plus sport design! Share the full build info!

Hi vtgt, here’s the build sheet. It’s got all the options I wanted and porsche torque vectoring plus is standard on the 4s pdk.

Congrats!

Very nice car there! Look forward to hearing your impression and more pictures of the new baby. It’s got some great options and that’s a model/color package that will always be sought after.

All I can say is congrats on getting such top dollar for your Noggy Avant. Sad that it out of og enthusiast hands, but glad for you and new ride! Share some pictures and review of it when you get a chance.

Btw is the new owner going to be on the forum/s?

Thanks man! I have not seen the new owner online unfortunately :frowning:

4s is just best

Just out of wonderment what was the age of the individual that picked up the car. It would be interesting to know that. It seems to me Im seeing a more mature crowd getting the used S4s rather then the young rice rocket kids. Not that the younger generation isnt still getting the cars but it seems to not be following the normal curve

Hi Justin,

Harnessing the power of google it looks like he is ~41.

I believe he came from the M3 world as I’ve stumbled upon a post of his for a 05 E46 M3 convertible for sale in 2014, which only had 48k miles. It seems he likes low mileage 04/05 german cars
