If 2 weren't enough, heres another

So after much anticipation and many email I got my ECU back. I honestly can not say enough about the tune… Last night then I shot a few videos I was almost expecting results but I got more than I expected. After doing some DD today it really really shows it self. When you give it gas it reacts, there is no pedal lag. I love it and I can not say enough about it. I know Meistah and Motorsports916 both have reviews for it and I cant agree with either of them more.

Basically I am more than pleased, worth every penny. I know the guys over at JHM are working there asses off for us and boy do you see the results from it. Big thanks to JHM and Count, looking so forward to bringing these cars into the 13’s. I’ll be going to the track this wednesday or friday to get some numbers for us.

Once again, thanks JHM and if anyone was debating about it, dont waste your time. Shoot them an email and be amazed.

I think its impornant for eveyone to post there thoughts. i want to continue to see like 500 more posts like this. the JHM team really has taken there time on this. When you talk to them and see what there doing you really notice its a good time for the 3.0

The up hill battle is that… and I know this sounds a little crazy but Im sure the other JHM chipped guys can chime in. The JHM tune is something different than what anyother tuner has done. These tunes are not just some after thought and a photoshop dyno sheet. Its real world difference and real world power. Still keeping in mind its a na motor the results are impressive and deffinitly worth the investment.

Its EXCITING. I think its a great time to be a 3.0 guy. AWESOM review zingo.

Cross post update, just thought I’d add a little more

A little update on the tune as I’ve had it for a few days is that you really notice it when you are least expecting it. Meaning before, when you give the car a little gas to get up to speed there is a lag and the car slowly gets up to speed. Also, when you do go half throttle or a little more lets say, in 3rd gear at about eh 2300 rpms, in order for the car to actually pic up and you feel the torque, the car would downshift and thats when you feel the power. Us TIP guys would feel that. Now, when you are in the same situation, you feel a smooth power that picks up nicely and the car doesnt jerk, and the lag is no longer there. There is power when you want it, and need it. I’m not saying the car is a monster power machine there, BUT the car is so much more fun to drive. I love it just as much as the first drive after install. Still surprises me every time I am behind the wheel…

Doesn’t it make you want more now though? I was describing the tune to a friend (who is building a 600whp b5s4) and about 2 minutes in he said “uh oh you’re getting as hooked as I am” the tune makes you realize how held back the car really is.

I am so anxious for the down pipes to come out because I know that will free up a lot of power also, plus I want to get my full exhuast put in. I can’t wait for the full exhuast system. It is going to sound awesome plus help out a lot more than stock. Modding the exteriors of our cars are fun, and mildly Addicting, but Modding our engines? Oh boy, that’s a whole nother ball game. Then the TCU tune from the sounds of it is like getting chipped twice, which I am totally down for.

I talked to Count on the phone for about an hour the other day and we talked about some very interesting and awesome stuff coming our cars. So exciting

yes the tune is really greatt. i justt got my car back on the road and i love driving it. the 2nd to 3rd gear pulls r just amazing it continues to pull and pull through 3rd gear. noww i can’t wait for my custom downpipes on tuesday. im hoping getn rid of the cats will let me have enough power too pull on my buddies 2.0t!!

Jnew Are you a 6speed. I would love to hear the gains to be had with the 6 speed. I assume there is still a wide up top power gain as the others have said.

yes s5 safe haven and i am 6 speed. im going to pick my car up today as its in the shop getn the custom downpipes because of complications earlier. im hoping to see big gains from having those cats outta there

Jnew did you get any footage before the removal of the cats? or did you get a good chance to drive the car as a before cats and tune to a after cats and tune compairsion?

yess i drove the car for about a week with the cats still in there and this is the first day without cats and i can defnitkey see a difference already. but i cant really get on it because its too dam loud. right now im running no cats custom downpipes into 2.5in piping all the way back to 2 resognators. no mufflers. it is seriously drives me crazy. if i put some mufflers on tomoro will i see a huge difference in sound?

grab some video that would be great for the difference to be seen in sound
