Intake Manifold flap epoxy how-to?

Im in the process of removing my IM for a carbon cleaning as well as installing JHM spacers. The upper flap motor arm has sheared off of the intake and i am therefore anticipating that my manifold will have broken flaps as many have already experienced. It seems like the best option short of buying a new IM is to epoxy the flaps in the long runner position. Is there a how-to on getting this done. What type epoxy should be used? Which flaps need to be glued down? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

just take all the screws out (top and bottom). theres a bunch of them. make sure you dont damage any actuators (be careful). get a flat head screwdriver and hammer and use the flathead as a punch on the center piece but where the outer bolts were (not on the flat side) because you could damage it and it wont seal back up right.

get it cracked open and inspect. your flaps should but good enough to glued, now you gotta make a choice if you want short or long runners. most people go long. so you can just get some high heat epoxy. or a really solid and adhering glue like Fuze it( had alot of good luck with that stuff).

put it back togther but seal it off with some Victor Reinz REINZOIL sealant.
