Im in the process of removing my IM for a carbon cleaning as well as installing JHM spacers. The upper flap motor arm has sheared off of the intake and i am therefore anticipating that my manifold will have broken flaps as many have already experienced. It seems like the best option short of buying a new IM is to epoxy the flaps in the long runner position. Is there a how-to on getting this done. What type epoxy should be used? Which flaps need to be glued down? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
