I’m look for directions on the port and polish for a 4.2L S4 B7 Intake Manifold. I’m very new to this learning as thing present themselves. I got a jackal tweetler flapper mod. It’s getting caught up as you see in the picture. Does the flap need shaved or should I just do the big job now?!
I was getting set on port and polishing the manifold myself before all this. Just held up with no idea how to do it correctly, would like to see a good reference for one that has been done already. This build has became quite a journey for me. Any help is appreciated.
