JHM Service thumbup

I guess I’ve seen the odd thread where people complained about communication delays etc with JHM. I’ve been dealing with them over the past week and I gotta say my experience has been great, it’s like they’ve been sitting around the computer waiting for my emails. I’ve even gotten an unsolicited follow up call.

In he past they’ve been decently responsive too but this past week they’ve really really been great and worked hard to deal with a bit of a cramped schedule (of my creation).

I had been waiting to hear back from JHM two weeks. Finally got an email back last night from Dru.

Good to hear they’re picking up again.
