I want to say thanks to the guys at JHM for taking my car on a very short notice to replace my both high-pressure pump!
BTW I went on a ride on theyre S4 B6 stage 2 supercharger,fastest s4 i ever been in it!
I wish but I can’t. I planned my trip for the 14th right before getting that event invite. I tried extending through the following week so I could make it but no dice. We’re too busy at work in November. Leaves me open for 3 weeks off in December though Huge Vegas trip coming up.
I already picked my time off so I can’t change it now. There’s already been a timeline developed for completion dates surrounding my schedule. Plus I already booked my flight which is nonrefundable.
JHM is always willing to help out their customers. They were kind enough to fit me in for a quick engine oil + filter and SC oil change in December right before Christmas last year. There were a few B6/7 S4 timing chain jobs sitting out in the lot waiting to go.
Dummy question which I should p’bly be asking Dan or Dru, but was is the viscosity and where is it changed at on the unit? Bumper removal or just dropping the skid plate?
I would think that the front bumper has to be removed on everything to change the SC oil except for the B6 S4s. The B6 S4s can pull the headlight out to get to the top of the SC to fill the SC oil.
Yes I drove all the way to Cali. It took four days to get out there and three days to get back.
