So instead of me posting randomly about the things done and going to be done to the RS. I’m going to put it all In here!!

My car:

B7 RS4
Sprint blue
Premium pkg

I purchased the car about 1.5 years ago, all stock.
Before I even changed the oil, I put it on the rollers to see what kinda power were staring with.

Then off to the drag strip, netting a 12.84@107.9(bone stock and best possible with a 50k original clutch )

Now I have a baseline to start with…

First mods:

Clutchmasters fx300
JHM flywheel
JHM light weight rotors ( all corners )
Home made down pipes
Carbon cleaning
JHM plenum spacers
Oil service
Spark plugs
Light weight seats
MS 109 ( 103 octane oxygenated )
100lb off car

Back to the track, netting me a 12.26@112.98

Bridgestone RE-11
Ported intake manifold
JHM crank pulley
Fresh spark plugs
50lb off car ( total loss of 150lb )
Transmission rebuild ( active )
JHM tune ((v2??)( active )

My goal is reach an 11.xx pass ( hopefully this winter ), then I’ll be working on a single turbo project on the RS.

Plans are 6psi for starters then upping it to 12psi. It will be a draw through maf with recuirculated bov. Air to water intercooler.

It’s on right now but I haven’t decided yet which route I’m going.

Yuuup Serve I’ll be working on single turbo when hot weather arrives.

FML 1800$ internal parts needed for transmission . RS tax .

Where the hell are you going to put that? In the passenger seat foot rest???

Ok maybe not there, but if you find space somewhere in the rear of the vehicle wont you have some serious turbo lag?

Jnaut what turbo is that? Precision something or other?

Is that unicorn still running, if not I wonder how long it lasted?? I’d be surprised if it ever ran right considering the inability of most tuners to tune the S4/RS4 in its N/A form let alone a turbo charged system.

It couldn’t have made a huge power, well not for long at least.

Garrett as for exact specs , not yet as I may try different exhaust housing.

Jnaut, I am glad to hear you are going to pioneer the turbo project for our cars. I gave it some consideration one afternoon, but after a small discussion with people who know a lot more than I do about these cars, we quickly gave up on the challenge.

Question, how do you plan on working the Bosch MED9.0? Are you pulling files from the lp560? Are you altering your fuel supply to accommodate the turbo?

I wish you success and I am sure you will end up with an awesome RS4.
