Lightest 19inch wheels available?

I would love to get these wheels for the track or a decent 18". Hopefully I can still find em online. Thanks!

Ha! Yep, right in front of me. i told you I missed it, lol.

^^^ yeah, my error. I wasn’t up to speed on the t3 and when Saki asked me if I had a 2005.5, I knew where he was going.

In all honesty, I feel the diff working more in the B5 then I do in the B7 which I guess could be attributed to other factors and also lead me to stick my foot in my mouth. Sorry fellas and thanks for the wiki Saki.

2006 2007 2008 B7 S4 got the T3 however only manual cars

As for weight distribution,

R&T says 60:40 (sounds rounded)
C&D says 62:38
Motor Trend says 61:39

I would look for a set of champions, the were like 18lbs for 19". Almost impossible to find, but worth the effort in my opinion

yeah, those are pretty much perfect…unheard of light for a decent looking wheel

that guy mofsteel used to have a set, then he sold them…then someone bought them and sold their car with them on. B7 S4. Should ask mofsteel where they are…I think he is on audiworld under ‘monzaA4Avant’ or something in the B8 A4 section he’s the only guy who posts.

I have a set of RF62s I’d consider selling for the right price.

Figures. So what the hell was Audi thinking with 53/47? Did they drive an RX7 or a Corvette onto the scale pads and not realize it? “Erm, something looks different about this S4, Johann. Maybe they painted it a different color?”

I miss my RS10’s. :frowning: Unfortunately I ended up destroying all 4. Was my own fault, tho. Was too lazy to swap them out with the Avus’ for the winter. Hit a big pothole and turned one of them into a taco shell. Found the other 3 had several hairline stress cracks on them upon inspection. I slammed into the pothole really hard(almost wrecked because of it) so I wasn’t shocked that I bent that one up but was very surprised to find the other 3 cracked. Shitassed Rhode Island roads did them in,probably.

Yeah, I remember reading that thread you posted about them. I definitely took that into consideration before buying them. The main reason I went with 245 series tires is to protect the wheels from the shit roads around here. Also, I really don’t drive much so mine only see about 4-5k in summer miles per year.

I just recently had them refinished, thanks to a tire shop fucking them up, and all 4 were still in perfect shape structurally.

Still love the look of them. Would even consider picking up another set if I could find them in 18" but I think Neuspeed discontinued them in that size. They look great on your B7,btw.
