ugh anything from revo be it stasis branded or revo branded, just walk away… far far away.
All 4 of my stasis rims were peeling. I called the dealership I bought my car from, and they asked me to take pictures. After I sent them the pictures the forwarded them to stasis who said the would either replace or refinish the rims when they received the rims and could look at them up close. I dropped off the rims at the dealership and they took care of the rest. Stasis refinished the rims and I had them back in about 2 weeks. I’d say that qualifies as very good customer service by both dealership and stasis.
Ya it seems to be either hit or miss with them in terms of customer service. There are guys like you who’ve had positive experiences, and then there are horror stories from other forum members. Still, I don’t think their warranty adds that much value. As was noted above, you AoA warranty is void, and there’s no guarantee that Stasis will cover maintenance work. Best bet is to establish a good relationship with the dealer, and be up-front about your mods.

It was originally going to be called v8 revolution which I loved the name of but the owner was smarter than me and made it audi revolution.
First members were b6/7guys. I think I was like number 28 or so. Madison was first after god and cv.
B8 guys are blowing it up though! Lots of fun shit to talk about there as throat firm is so god dammed good and the performance products are really kicking some ass. Thus the activity. The b6/7 s4 talk has slowed right down but the rs4 talk is still moving things along for team 8e…but the 8e section definitely hears the 8k footsteps!
Yep understood. I seem to have that already. I bought my B6 new back at the end of 2004 from the same dealer and had the car serviced at the there for anything I didn’t want or couldn’t do myself. They know me well and have always been mod friendly.
Likewater, best way to do it IMO… Dealer techs love my car… Buying multiple cars over a few years always helps as well… My dealer is well aware that ill be getting an r8 in the next couple years and I made sure to emphasize that when I bought the ttrs…

Yes, that would be the plan or the v10+… May go cpo but will see… Also, could change if there is something else that catches my eye…
That’s awesome, man. I think the R8 is the best-looking car on the planet. Add the 5.2 V10, and you really can’t ask for anything better.
saw a red one (R8) last night with Ti package. Holy shit it looked good. They look so futuristic and exotic on the road. So wide. Way better moving than they do parked for some reason. Then a white V10 a few minutes later. Then a Gallardo, a 997.2 turbo, 2 quattroportes and 1 gran turismo, half a dozen AMG benzes, an S7, a D2 S8, and another fifty nice cars. Golf club. Bloody car show yesterday.
Saw Tie Domi and Glen Healy chatting in the parking lot too. Domi was in an S63 biturbo. Healy had just finished golf. Must have been some kind of tournament.
R8 huh? NICE!! My dream car for sure. Saw a V10 yesterday. Makes my heart go pitter patter.
My random Tie Domi story - went a London Knights playoff game last season (his son Max is one of the stars) and bumped into a friend who’s just waiting outside as someone is bringing him some coffee + snack from Tim Horton’s… that someone was Tie Domi lol. He stopped to chat, apologised for not having anything to give us, gave us some Timbits lol.
My random R8 V10 story - I was waiting during a service appointment with an RS4 owner (local dentist). They let that guy go for a drive in the dealership’s R8 V10 (not plus IIRC) while he waited. Oh to be a big shot dentist lol
