It doesn’t matter how much a customer spends with you, even if it’s nothing, you give them the same respect and courtesy. Because even if he never buys anything from you, his good experience will later help guide a future customer that either was skeptical of your services or planning to go elsewhere towards your business. Andy just has no clue what he’s doing, but the only person to blame is Mike. He let’s this happen cuz he’s a sheep
