that group=jersey shore. don’t group all of us to that category lol
dunno, i don’t doubt the time. I mean it’s fucking fast, but
- da was -1300
- there are timeslips and video
- tuned B8s are damn fast
I also don’t think it had anything else other than a tune.
The thing I’m skeptical of is the octane in the tank and the map used to accomplish the dyno/time. How do you get tuned, and get a switch cable, and NOT know that there’s a 100 octane map? It’s written right on the cable isn’t it? Seemed like he was trying hard to play dumb there. Again though, who cares. auditude could have a million cameras and witnesses and I still don’t care what he says. He has lied about his dad’s times in the past, and as a result, nothing he says is believable.
At the end of the day, it’s just auditude, so who gives a fuck. When someone else gets tuned and runs we’ll get a better idea. Oh wait, someone did…and he ran 13.2. Oh well.
The funniest part of all this is going to be watching Arin drag his ass updating the 1/4 mile sheet. I told you guys AGES ago to get that out of the hands of a tuner and into the hands of a forum guy. The same ARin who posted the 11.5 APR kevkev scam time on the thread in minutes, and on the APR facebook and blog pages without checking a fact is taking his damn time updating Stasis and stock cars. Now we’ll see how he handles REVO cars. It’s gotta irk the fuck out of him lol. This is apparently a common problem on the GTI 1/4 mile list that he runs on the VW board.
If only the track didnt close this weekend as now that he knows his ecu has the 100 tune and he realizes the SPS has that race setting he could hit the strip, with race gas and tune, and we could see the difference. Oh well…
Skimano wasn’t this the kid who said he ran 13.2 at the track and only showed video of him going 13.7 and then when we asked for slips of the 13.2 or video of the time he vanished.
I don’t remember auditude2.0 having the greatest credibility.
yeah I was gonna mention that. He ran his revo tuned B6 S4 to a 13.2, but couldnt find the slip. 91gl was there that day and said he didnt see him run anywhere near a 13.2. He claimed to be spinning blah, blah…
lied about his dad’s B7 RS4
lied about his bought by his dad B6 S4
lied about his buddy’s bought by his parent’s B8 S4
now its his dad’s B8 S4, does the trend continue?
Does anyone know if the shop that he dyno’d at retail revo tuning?
Unless Pete’s dads name is Nikolas Glykos, it’s all lies.

The timeslip he posted was probobly his, but the other car 4830 (no name). Ran 12.8-13.1 @ 103-105.
He is Greek, so that’s probably his dad.
and…explain how the fuck you did that.
Check the time of day, if you can, of his 12.41 run against the car number on his slip.
nevermind, figured it out. Great site. His first pass was his fastest, and he got slower as the day wore on. 5 total passes…
12.410 @ 112.88
12.584 @ 112.36
12.610 @ 112.08
12.543 @ 111.28
12.672 @ 112.07

Trap is very consistent.
'cept in the right lane
I was looking into b8s4’s the last couple days (the kill thread on AZ makes me want one XD). From what I can see the apr and revo stage 1 tune are running pretty much on par, both @ 12.4?
Looks like APR is trying to get in front of the fact that REVO tune is out and the GIAC is coming soon.
http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/461582-APR-B8-S4-3.0-TFSI-Version-2.0-Predictions
The REVO sample size is so small it’s tough to tell. I think the majority of the stage 1 APR cars are more like ~12.6 though.
it’s funny…APR wasn’t going to do shit if REVO/GIAC were equals. They’re clearly recognizing that REVO has built a big gap.
remember i posted in B8 LAST YEAR that APR couldn’t change hardly anything in the tune because of security issues, and that the tune had lots more in it? Now you’re seeing that. Of course, I was an APR hater back then for that comments lol.
god damnit sak. just stop with all the hate, idk if 7-11 has enough haterade to support your hatefully hateful ways… hate hate hate hate
I don’t know how far of a gap there was between the runs but it looks like the blower was just pushing heat and then started to slow down ET wise. chances are that the Mid range the blower would be able to cool down and then when they tryed to push the boost up top the heat just over took the power.
