Saki, The best part according is that was a stock B8 he was racing that ran a better ET! LOL… On to the good news for the Revo tune… your buddy(sarcasm) autitude2.0T dynoed 380WHP with just the tune and no other mods on 93… several others have dynoed on this same dyno and made mid 360’s but in warmer weather… so the dyno results look good but we all know what that means… not much! lol He is hitting the strip today so will see how that goes(maybe kevkev and his made skills will join him)… I won’t be around for a week as the wife and I will be on the biggest cruise ship in the world!

Auditude doesn’t own shit. That’s his dad’s car for the record…and that dyno that elite sends people to is uselessly inflated for whatever reason. The one b8 dynod 363 whp / 345 wtq and then couldn’t put more than a car length on a stock rs4 which dynod 20 whp and 45 wtq torque LESS. That b8 should have murdered it with that torque gap. Just shows even same day same dyno doesn’t tell you much.

Stock carbon clean rs4s usually dyno 300-320 whp so that dyno appears to be about 10% optimistic vs most others. Man I hate the dyno lol. Go drive your car instead!

Will be interesting to see what auditude’s dad runs.

Anyway, someone ran 12.4 in that car. Not sure if it was him or his dad. That’s fucking fast. DA is likely incredible as it’s like 35 degrees in the northeast today. I guess he’s at ATCO, but funny enough the timeslip is cut off. Someone tell him to post the whole fucking thing already. After the last scam he pulled with his buddy kevkev, I’m not sure anyone is going to beieve these numbers without video, 10 witnesses, a tech inspection of the car and me signing an affadavit lol. Auditude also famously lied about his dad running 12.6 in his RS4 with just a catback, a lie he later tripped himself up on in a thread where he was (ironically) bashing the RS4 now that his dad bought a B8. Would love to do an octane test on the car too lol

Georgetown. Last time I was their I think my car dynoed 272 HP/TQ after 11 pulls. Cost is standard $150 for two or three pulls but it was a slow day and my car kept getting faster so we kept doing runs thats how I know hotlapping works best for the B8.

that improving performance thing could also be the ECU adaptation. happens on RS4s too, but RS4s hate hot lapping.

That is a fantastic time…I believe Sobz was in the 12.4’s as well with the APR stage 1 tune as well.

I was thinking the exact same thing! Would it hurt for the guy to post a full shot of the timeslip? Lol! I really hope we can get a larger sample size of the Revo tune (GIAC as well) as if these results are common and they create a tune that will be able to utilize the smaller APR pulley I may make the switch…

Yeah sobz had a ton of mods though, tune catback, intake and lw forged 19 lb wheels. And he ran 12.48 (no, the quarter mile sheet Arin keeps is not accurate…sobz posted his modlist right in the thread and arin still left him as just a tune)

Anyway, so far we have two runs. 13.20 and 12.41. So around 12.6 avg lol

As for switching over, once apr figures out what revo is doing (if anything) to open up greater ecu parameter control, they will do the same stuff and release an updated apr mk II tune that guys like you will be able to have flashed, free likely less dealer labour.

They’ll pre-announce it too to stop guys from switching.

Ha ha…Ya it’s a Possum Bourne Dyno Dynamics and it truely is a heartbreaker! I believe Four start motorsports are big into rally racing I think they may even be the Canadian champions!

12.4 @ 112 at Englishtown. That’s pretty good. Pretty sure it’s the fastest car with the same mod list; only the tune. They should take it to Atco. They might shave a tenth off.

I honestly don’t know and don’t care. I feel bad for revo because the biggest lying scumbag cheater scammer on audi forums has bought their tune (well his dad has), so no matter what happens it doesn’t matter.

Well, time and sample size will smooth out any anomalies. I figure by next spring, when the tracks open again, more people will have had an opportunity to buy Revo and we’ll have a more complete picture. Perhaps there will be an offering by GIAC this winter as well. Should be interesting.
