lulz on other forums (current, not classics)

yeah, last time I checked, the monkeys who were the first owners have taken the car into the toilet, not to the next level.

who are the original RS4 owners?

raudidriver - has milltek exhaust. That’s it. lol.

maxbhp - no idea what he has now…but I think he used to have mtm exhaust (zero performance testing by mtm or milltek or any of the mtm/milltek fanboys). He may have a JHM tune, but again, shares very little. Not that it’s his job…but is he really taking anything to the next level when he doesn’t do a thing with his car? I guess maybe next level to him means…he bought some shit.

mickf29 - to mick’s credit he tried lots of shit…gathered loads of data…and did loads of performance testing. He tried to take the car to the next level, but unfortunately he couldn’t drive for shit…and his shop fucked up his parts installs to the point he started a crusade against JHM, thinking they had sold him bad stuff. Once we all found out the truth…that futrell fucked up his car (again) he apologized to JHM…then deleted the apology, and sold his car.

all the quattrofail knobs - these guys collectively have like 5 modifications…milltek exhaust and GIAC tune are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head. None of them have done any performance testing except ‘elevens’ (the confirmed liar/plagiarist, see thread in war room) and he went 12.5 @ 110 with his decat+GIAC tune. Hardly next level…I did that with my car with exhaust and no tune in far worse DA

all the original AZ guys - krytponik, rs4powerless etc - these guys did more of the same…boguht the wrong stuff…said it was awesome…lashed out at people who knew the facts and generally spun their wheels going nowhere (or going in circles).

The most notable contribution to the RS4 platform, among those original guys, is that they have all either sold their cars, or bought other cars to pre-occupy themselves with. Raudi - GT3; maxbhp - some old Ferrari; mickf29 - allroad and porsche bitchster; rs4powerless - BMW 135M…and that has been their greatest contribution…getting the fuck out of the way and off the forums.

Since the first generation guys have stepped out of the way, what has happened?

-JHM and APR went 10s
-4 supercharger kits went looooow 11s @ 125 mph + on pump gas (something no other Audi other than the R8 GT had ever done…let alone 4 seperate kits)
-the stock record was set and surpassed almost all of the modified records from the first generation owners (12.7@108)
-the bolt on records have been coming through with breakneck speed, now FAR faster than the first generation supercharger records…lol at that one (4 guys went 12.2@112-113

The platform is now viewed, even by the old school B5 guys, as being the place to be to go kinda nuts for a fun, good looking 4 door without spending $100,000…and the modifications now available with JHM being involved are fantastic.

Good fucking riddance to the original tossers. There’s some of the original owners who were good guys and who are still around, but the elitist wannabe bigshot assholes can GTFO and sell the rest of their RS4s anytime they like if it were up to me. THey’re cancer.

what’d I miss? Mdubz hates RS4 owners. Always going off on us

No, there was a misinterpretation on my part that quickly led to an escalation of force us both…

I read it. It was like a poker game… Each bluffing. Betting big. Pushing all in.

I will say this

1 marcus your car is indeed very fast. It went 11.6@118 (who said 11.5? The slip I saw last winter was 11.6)

2 mdubz car will rape your car

3 ‘will’ is the key word…it’s not ready yet, so he shouldn’t maybe be gambling until he has his cards in his hand

All in all it was funny watching that go down
.
FYI marcus (saw you asking) :

Jhm stage 1 rs4 = your car (sc@6psi, no IC, stock fuelling)

Jhm stage 2 = stage 1 kit + intercooler + fuel pump upgrade + smaller pulley and revised tuning

Jhm stage 3 = stage 2 kit + even smaller pulley + motor build (sleeved block, custom rods and pistons)

Thanks for this. I will probably try getting this done winter 2015. All the while saving up for the built RS4 engine since I know there will be inevitable need for it.

Glad to see you two made up. Reading that got me all upset lol

Thank you for being the level headed intervention.

Another member of team ‘stasis motorsports or death’ is ditching his.

Probably going with airbags unless he’s selling his car.

Bad month for the SMOD crew. They’ve lost flying shit breath, kryptonik, dtoys4.2.

Oh and this guy… whose stasis ms just snapped.

The guys trying to sell used MS for $3,000 will be interesting to watch.
“for sale: Used suspension, recently rebuilt because it failed…but not rebuilt by manufacturer… no warranty, and plan on spending another $2500 in rebuilds over the next 2 years”

Price: $800 more than a perfectly competent brand new set of KWV3

Im so glad i bought KW V3’s and not the ohlins. From what i heard (even before Audis) is that the Ohlins setup is awesome. Didnt realize they had so many damn problems.

Surpised this wasnt posted yet

IIRC, PSI designed the Stasis Motorsport kit. Granted the TTX36 is a newer better Ohlins shock, but it’s slightly amusing seeing the Stasis hate and people picking up the new Ohlins kit which may be designed by the exact same person.
