So in the wake of the Apr deceptive practises and the latest realization that Apr has been lying for years about their exhaust systems, audizine members finally caught on and a thread or two blew up big time over the last few days. It happened on vortex as well but Apr had those locked down.
On audizine the thread ran for a day or so, and a moderator said he wouldn’t touch it while facts came out.
Anthony stepped in to say audizine was diferent, and that ‘money doesn’t talk here’, saying facts would be allowed to be shared.
A bunch of posts we’re then cleaned up lol.
Still the meat remained here on audirevolution, and people on az linked to it for the discussion.
Then, the thread disappeared from the B8 S4 section and was buried in the chatterbox. Step one of money talking.
Next, step two, I was a bit surprised when someone’s post had a boatload of asterisks in it…***************

They are editing people’s posts to hide audirevolution links.
Looks like they found a way to protect apr after all, and money talks loud and clear on audizine. Ironically, the money is there not because Apr is paying Anthony for being a good guy…they’re paying for access to the people/content creators who are driving the site. The very same people gett8ng ripped off… And whose posts are being edited/deleted/getting infractions. So fucking backwards.

Yup I noticed they edited everybody’s post where they have a link to AR with **** and now the links are dead. Typical AZ, what did you expect… Someone should really start screen shoting entire thread before things will get “edited” even worse.
use a link shortener like bit.ly or goo.gl
They aren’t editing individual posts I believe. Not really well versed on how message board content morphs from content to post…but it is autoscraping “audirevolution.net” into *********** from what I can tell. I can edit one of my posts and I still see the original text, but when you go to save it removes the AR link.

Ah, now it makes sense why Audizine moved it to Chatterbox. Chatterbox is only accessible if you’re a registered member that is logged in, much like War Room over here. Seems as if it’s a mixture of wanting to hole the thread, make it less accessible from the outside as well as redirecting more traffic/registrations to the site.

It’ll probably be bumped for the next few days and then die a slow death until you post the next chapter of the APR saga.
But AZ doesn’t sustain itself on old members, who have already bought their exhaust, intake, wheels and tune. The vendors really want all the brand new owners who will take the skywagon 15k special. I’m sure it helps to have veteran guys around to give the “AWE FTW” feedback, but the disgruntled customers are pretty much complete buzz kills in their eyes.
The other issue for B8 S4 owners is APR is doing nothing on the product front. No news of any changes to the stg 2 B8.5 tune, stg 3 is pretty much dead, the DSG tune is “still a ways off” and other than that, I’ve seen no new products. Almost like development on the platform is dead. I think the “APR deception” thread would have been pulled in 1 hour in the A4 section, where they are selling the port flashing tune like hot cakes.
More AZ lulz. What a joke. I’m pretty sure the guys who run that site also closely follow this forum, but they’re too afraid to register for an account. Wonder why . . .

I’m actually quite surprised that happened. Masses speak volume. Well with all these new facts, I wonder what’s APRs next move going to be.
Likely silence, if they’ve lawyered up. The latest allegations about false advertising are pretty serious and could certainly form the basis for litigation.
If APR has engaged counsel, the first thing an attorney would tell them to do is shut the fuck up on public forums.
