I think the reality is that a bunch of guys have embarrassed him over the years. Badly. As a result, he has held a grudge. That’s why he doesn’t step in to protect his big sponsor in the B67 forum. That’s why he allows douchebags like mario to sell their forced induction kits in there.
And when guys who have flipped Anthony off in the past (like many from this site) point out the obvious scammer that Mario is, for spite, Anthony will let Mario stay on.
Basically he’s just incredibly insecure about some of this trivial shit.
Meanwhile, those who embarrassed Anthony over the years did so for a lack of true justice in the forums. It started in B67 where the B5 trolls would raise hell. The guys like myself who would destroy the trolls would get infractions. Why? Anthony was short sighted and dumb. He would protect the trolls because in 2007 the B5 was the big forum on there. He wanted them happy and didn’t care about us. Well…how’s that working out? Now the B5 forum is dead, the B67 forum is a laughing stock, and the B8 forum is heading in the same direction because he was just as short sighted with that platform when it broke on the scene and he basically told primetime to fuck off.
Just a lucky guy that Audi became cool when it did…and his site has grown nicely despite the poor management.

I don’t know the historical facts with Anthony nor the entire forum itself but when I started in the B5 forums back in '07, I think the forum had just gotten back from that “big crash”; since then I’ve met Anthony and got a chance to hang out with him outside of the local forum events and obviously he has to rep his brand so I can’t really fault him for doing what puts money into his pocket (ya, its a little double standardy post but I see both sides) but he seems pretty chill. As are MOST of the moderators on the site (being chill) but then you have some overzealous moderators that just hand out infractions just to hand them out because guy x y z got butthurt and without investigating the totality of the situation, just handed it out to guy A.
I would go as far as wondering why Vigo hasn’t been banned for attempting to peddle his “brand” or “shop” against forum rules OR just lying/misleading/being fraudulent in general.

No, I said he obviously has to rep his brand, in this case, Audizine and has to appease all the AUTHORIZED vendors/sponsors that feed his pocket, to which I can understand as I believe AZ it is his sole income. Now if these authorized vendors are doing some shady shit and it affects the consumers then by all means, oust them for what they are without fear of retaliation from Anthony and his mods…
I also said I don’t know why Vigo is still around considering his past and the shit he still peddles. I was merely agreeing with Axel on his post as I don’t understand how he hasn’t been banned yet but then you have guys like me who stick up for what is right yet we get slapped with the infraction by his Mods.

I talked about Anthony’s deep seated resentment towards the B67 owners who embarrassed Anthony over the years (who also happen to be JHM supporters) and then I mentioned that JHM’s rights as a MAJOR forum sponsor have been overlooked on dozens of occasions, and how I didn’t think this was a coincendence.
You then said ‘he has to support his sponsors and his income’…it’s as if you missed my entire post.
I’m saying the site admin and the moderators by extension AREN’T sticking up for JHM, as part of some weird vendetta against this site, and the members of it. Same group who left for euroaddiction, and had their PM’s turned off on AZ etc. Same scared bitch bullshit. Can’t reach them and shut them up? OK. I’m going to allow JHM to get fucked over on audizine, repeatedly. The site is big enough that he can fuck around like this now. JHM used to be probably 15-20% of the site’s sponsorship revenues. Now they’re a small fraction. So he’s more brave.

When shitfaces like Corbett, Meow, Twat and the rest of the trolls are actually thought of as knowledgeable, the information has to be taken with a grain of salt (maybe more like a boulder of salt) as well as the insults to such companies. The AZ mentality is spilling over now to the FB groups and now I am seeing it head into our regional groups (which JHM is located square in the middle of our region) and I am constantly in a squabble about the “tuners” that downloaded the complete Nef library and are now charging a low rate for pirated tunes. I do not know how many times I hear “fuck JHM” yet most of the cars I see topping the 1/4 times are JHM cars, past and present. ::Shrug::
