The chef finally posted a piece of a timeslip:
man, is anything ever easy with that guy? Is he fucking retarded? Or is he just dumb?
no pic to show his car with that number
no full pic of the timeslip (cuts off dates/track location etc)
he claimed it was 136 mph+ yet he shows a 133 mph slip. Wouldn’t you hold on to your best ever slip?
Guy is a fucking disaster.
It would be easy if he actually ran those times. When he ran 11.8 or whatever it was awhile ago, he had full slips and video because he thought it was good. Now that he knows what’s expected of his car and can’t produce it, we aren’t ever going to get anything concrete.
Wind always blows the best slips away, if the dog doesn’t get to it first.

His wife threw the slip away. :
Sure she did. She threw it away because it wasn’t anything close to what he posted. You guys should really update this guys scammer thread so the list of bs thus guy puts out there is all in one spot
sadly all the old threads are locked. And that means they falll to the bottom of the AZ ocean and can’t be bumped anymore.

[QUOTE=Race Shooter;11254522]If you guys didnt see this story in the S4 forum, you need to check it out. Those quikie oil change places are generally pretty horrid, but this story takes the cake for what I’ve heard. http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/681930-Just-another-reason-not-to-take-your-S4-to-an-instant-oil-change-shop
Cliffs - guy takes in S4, they CUT up his undertray instead of removing it, they drained DSG instead of engine, they overflowed engine oil when guy tried to replace the oil that never got drained, they tried to play it off and denied doing it, owner gets police involved and now trying to get the car covered. Unreal how stupid people can be.

When I used to work at the dealerships, I would hear about that once every month to three months. Not the cutting of the lower panel part but the accidental draining of the transmission fluid and overfilling the engine oil. All the time I would hear about lower panels/belly pans being thrown away though.
I would be really worried if I owned a newer A3 since the oil pan is plastic and it is meant for the engine oil to be extracted or sucked out.
Hopefully the guy learns the valuable life lesson that “if something sounds too good to be true then it probably is!”

That was incredible that oil change story. How did he note feel/hear them taking a saw all to his belly pan? He was sitting in the car.
On most of our military installations we have ‘Auto Hobby Shops’ for people to use for personal vehicles. They are usually pretty damn nice, my last duty station had a brand new one with 12 bays and 6 lifts, it’s usually about $3/hr to rent a lift…awesome.
My point is that anyone had access to this shop, even morons that never turned a wrench in their life and I can say almost every single time I was in there I witnessed someone drain their tranny fluid and overfill their oil. To some of us it sounds insane…especially when you see and smell the fluid, but to many it’s a pretty easy mistake to make I guess.
I actually had a Marine under my charge go change his oil before taking leave to Texas. Long story short, he drained the tranny fluid in his Corolla, put double the oil in the engine…and made it all the way to Texas from North Carolina! He noticed the car shifting funny while at home and his dad discovered his mistake. They corrected it after a proper ass chewing from his father and the car was fine. I think he drove it for another 40-50k miles before we lost touch.
Have you ever seen a Corolla broken down on the side of the highway?
funny, when my friend and I used to go on road trips to school, we’d track what cars were broken down. Basically it was 90% american, 10% european, 0% japanese.
Not necessarily from a “forum” but probably can trace its routes back to vortex or the GTI forums.
So here I am watching random videos on the Golf R, S3, TTS, I stumble across this video and proceed to scroll through the comments.
They are essentially talking about the pros / cons of modifying the stock air box. If you watch the video you can see that on the MQB cars the intake for both the engine and the air box are on the passenger side.
This smart guy states that blocking it off is great, won’t do harm yada yada and bases it off of totally retarded logic. I posted a follow up comment to instigate a little but just goes to show, everyone on the internet is an expert.
