interesting that thomas has gone silent. think giac told him to keep quiet? they’ve had some pretty good press on the forums lately, and thomas just seemed to stifle that momentum.
He mentioned the dyno on pump gas, not the time. He was likely referencing the GIAC 91 dyno result on the GIAC dyno where it posted 402 whp.
As we all know however, GIAC 91 is good for maybe 12.7-12.8 @ 110. So no it’s not making 400 whp unless your head is in the clouds (or unless your dyno is very friendly a.k.a. not repeatable by anyone else on a third party dyno)
I believe that was that scam artist who works at Raven Motorsports …can’t remember his name. He was trying to post as a ‘happy customer’. Remember he slipped up and posted using the Raven motorsports account (GIAC dealer) then tried to backtrack and delete the post, but unfortunately lots of us saw it and screencaptured it.

Saki, True but reading it you can almost infer that he means hey tune and pulley from GIAC nets you 400 at the wheels and lets you run high 11’s which as you pointed out in both cases is not really accurate…
its funny you say that, They are all scam artists and thieves at Raven. I have known the owner since 2005 and he used to work at an Audi Dealer and stole customers left and right from the dealership. He would tell people to go get the work done at his house instead of the dealership. Some people recomended raven on the B5 section (I think one of them was an employee) and I let everyone know what kind of thief Matt from Raven is and the thread went dead and no one posted after me. That shit always happens.

OP says he has oil consumption issues but doesn’t really know since the used dealership lot “topped” his oil off when he bought it.
He figured he was low on oil because no oil was on his dipstick so he pours 2qts of oil in because he thinks he is short 2-4qts.

You can edit once you’re at 150 posts…the site owner thought it was a good idea to implement this after a couple of people came to troll from various tuning companies etc and then regretted their shameful behaviour and deleted their posts once shown to be absolute idiots. This way you’re kinda stuck with what you post if you’re a troll account who signs up just to wreak havoc…and everyone can see it.

Mercedes does the performance package which is basically an upgraded motor for $5,000-10,000 model dependant. I believe it gets you forged rods and 30-50 hp over ‘normal’.
