I was there! Fast car and I love the fact the owner isn’t afraid to run it, he ran that thing all day!

nice one

Wow, so the third fastest Mclaren 12C went 10.27? That’s amazing.

 (trying to goad PT into a rageout where he spills the beans on his car)

LOL! Nice… The bronze medalist is in training and hoping to improve on his 3rd place ranking… You’ll just have to say tuned… LOL

Hahaha I mean no disrespect to Ryan or tsivas/Pete’s dad but Primetime is really dedicated to the strip, I think this guy is too.

FikseGTS is the guy on Mclarenlife and other forums, seems he has the mclaren and the tesla and has some decent pull, though the dragtimes website. Seems to have access to multiple areas to put cameras, even the timing tower.

Jupiter, is TNT good there? I’ll be down in a couple weeks, maybe visit the track…my friend keeps telling me one of the owner partners of PBIR lives in his building in Palm Beach.

TNT is usually pretty good unless one of the 83 Corollas pop and spill oil down the entire track. I prefer the drag times/street car events b/c it limits the number of cars and charges a higher fee which helps keep others away. I work in PB, which building? It’s possible the McLaren owner is also a partner. Let me know when, if I’m in town, I’ll go!

My friend is at the Marriott resort, in Singer Island. When I was there last time he showed me the gaggle of ferraris, and one white McLaren, supposedly this dudes. Maybe I’ll bug my buddy for an intro?

I’ll be there the middle weeks in March, I’m in sunny isles but would make the trip to Jupiter if I go visit my buddy. I’ll let you know!

Thanks j I appreciate that! The way that I think I have helped the b8 guys the most is by just going drag racing… Since going from the get go and continuing to go while documenting the process and encouraging (and in a few cases paying) others to go has really worked… To me this has really caused most folks to question modifications and the results they produce because we’re measuring them… Nothing new on any platform really just like to think I helped move the needle so to say in regards to the B8… I think it has also caused the tuners to make revisions to their tunes as a result of mine and others drag race results and testing… In the end the platform wins… I’m glad to see people like Ryan, Pete, Tsivas, etc. push the car and run the times they have run… Sure the “record” is nice but just happy to see improvements… Just my .02

^^^^ ha exactly.

And in that regards Tsivas and Pete are definitely the Primetime of the 60-130, and Pete has been timeslip hungry recently with good results…bear too, he had put lots of passes in and still has the mph record I believe…I think there’s still a 120 mph barrier to break.

Anyhow when I say the primetime of any platform, everyone seems to get the gist. You’ve earned it even if others have finally caught up.
