I’m new to the site but not Audi forums.
I really don’t post or view forums much anymore & can’t stomach Audizine but would like to ask if anyone knows the proper dimension of the B8 S4 crank pulley? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Sc3.0, I believe asp tried to run a bigger crank pulley to drive the blower to bigger rpms. You might find the dimensions of stock and modded in some of their ‘marketing’ info
I’ve made an attempt to help collect the pulley size from your direction. The only thing I was able to find… Several great reasons to not by anything from ASP. lulz

LOL! “marketing info”… You mean the two old guys on QFail, that think because they say the tune is great everyone will buy that with absolutely positively no real world data? Anyway, if I remember correctly my harsh words chased them out the B8 world :
3.0, Sorry I don’t have the dimensions… Arin from APR may have them given all the work they’ve done to these cars… Curious are you planning on making a pulley?
Sorry for the quick reply I did not have the time to explain. My blower is starting to whine just a bit possibly do to an accident. I figure I would tear the blower down, check the bearings & see what if any interesting things I could find while she’s apart.
How many miles do you have? Take a pic of your intake valves while the SC is off, I’m always curious how much carbon buildup these cars have and we don’t have a very big sample size yet.
I had my tech carbon clean the valves when he had blower off for tstat and pcv valve update. He did say he got a good amount off and it took him a while. Wasn’t as much as v8s he had done and he wouldn’t classify ours as a little bit either. Done at ~57k miles
He’s had a ton of blowers off and has seen a good amount of carbon with our motors.
