From the researching that I have done just about everything other than the rear subframe, upper rear control arms, and rear wheel bearings is different rear suspension and rear drivetrain wise from my B6 S4 to a B7 RS4. Now it gets fuzzy with certain B7 S4s to the B7 RS4s. Kind of like how the later B7 S4s had the 4:1 center diffs and the same clutch pressure plate as the RS4s.
Also remember that the StopTech rear RS4 BBK uses 355 rear rotors which are the same size as the front rotors that are used in the StopTech B6/7 S4 BBK.

Thanks. That is what I suspected but was unsure of.
Would it be possible to just switch the hub on a B7 S4 to that of the RS4 so as to accommodate the rear BBK of the RS4?
As jimmy was saying, its not really clear on the later years. I looked up the hub part number and it said it was the same as a b7 S4. but I never confirmed. Maybe he can post the part numbers that he has.
According to my search a few minutes ago, the stoptech website provided the following results for a 2007 RS4:

Looks like it’s 328x28mm for the rear and 380x32mm for the front.
Whereas the S4 is 355x32mm (front only)

Would love to have a rear kit but really not worth the money. It would purely be for cosmetics at this point and I’ve got more important things to spend my money on.
Axel, I just double checked StopTech’s website too and you are right that they list it as 328 mm rear rotors but that must be a mistake. The stock rear B7 RS4 rotors are 324 mm so that would not be much of a BBK. They must have mistaken it for the B5 RS4 rear BBK which is 328 mm.
