I went with the newer LPF1’s, they are designed to fit well with big brakes, so I’m hoping to get away with a 45 et all around. They are only .4 lbs heavier, and I think they’re a little classier looking than that rpf1’s which are more of a Motorsport wheel style. Let’s see how they work out. Thanks for the pic, the car looks real nice.
Ahhh, my bad. Yea those new ones do look pretty killer, and they have a different appeal to them. At first I hated the look of the RPF1 like mine, but then seeing them on the right car they grew on me. And once I saw them in person, it was hook line & sinker!
yea I’m not a huge fan of the RPF1’s, I like the PF01’s a little better… I honestly am just looking for an affordable wheel that will fit over my brakes and fit my tires… The look I’m not being very picky with, but I prefer the PF’s out the two wheels I think, on my car at least.
LPF1? What the hell is that?
Madison those pics of your car are what made me decided on the RPF1’s
haha, thanks. Trust me, I was very skeptical, and even was regretting it as 91 was shipping them to me. Then once I pulled them out of the box (and was SHOCKED by the weight difference), they looked great and knew I’d be very happy.
And I think he means the PF1’s that BR & Dan both went to. Great looking wheel, but they just have a different feel. I’m not sure which one I like more actually.
The post right above you says PF01, was it that hard too figure out? lol… Sorry, like I said I’m not a wheel guy, never was… I have a custom set of DPE’s sitting in my garage, I despise them with the valve stems mounted on the barrel of the rim towards the inside… I had to get flush mount screw in valve stems, I pretty much have to take my wheels off to add or let out air with those wheels… The PEE EFF OH ONES are a few lbs lighter than my
dpe’s, 10+lbs lighter than the b6 s4 wheels I ran my 116@126mph on… It’ll be nice to free up 40lbs at least of unsprung weight.
^Pics of the DPE’s for the wheel guys?
dan from JHM runs PF01s on his B7 RS4. 18x??. RS4s have some pretty big brakes.
p.s. I also thought LPF1 was a new wheel by Enkei after reading your post…so I google image searched it and got this.

I have almost new PF01’s for sale, 17x8 et35 with almost new 245-45-17 evo v12 tires.
Just thought I would throw it out there, a bbk is over rated, go back to stock.
^^^
How much (do those weigh)…and how much do you want
With the huge tires on there, they are just over 43lbs each. In a perfect world, I would like 1000 shipped. I payed just over 1500 for this setup.

That’s what his FB page showed (he could have changed by now though):
PF01s, 18x9.5, ET35, 5x114.3 Redrilled to 5x112, ~19.5lbs
Toyo R888 Tires, 265-35-18, ~26lbs(New)
And I think BR went with the same ones, as I recall, they ordered both sets at the same time and both arrived at JHM together.
Now sure how I feel about those. They look too much like the wheels that Sears has hanging on the wall in their auto center
Here’s silver b6’s

To each their own, $1000 is a steal for a l/w wheel tire combo!
Thanks to 91gl, my wheels arrived today, and my tires are here too. After my complete brain fart for not knowing basically anything about wheel offset, I think I received the right set of wheels… They look great and are nice and light… I will post pics, It’s been a long day for me… Head then bed… Thanks Demetri!!!
nice, glad to hear it worked out… now time for some pictures lol
Haha only have pictures from test fitment. Tires should be going on this weekend hopefully.
Sick! Hey Justin. I found a place that is selling 55 gal drums of E98&85 for $275 shipped. They also sell ethonal and methonal in 5 gallon jugs as well. http://hyperfuels.com/

Anytime Justin, just glad I could help the cause and see you run 10s this year!
Nice find tweets, a lot of people have a bitch finding that stuff, and most people aren’t willing to ship.
NYCVR6. . . test fit looks pretty sick. Those wheels really show of those brakes. . . and they make me jealous. I’ve come close several times to jump to JHM kit, when my rotors are due. . .it might happen.
