just joined,nice to find a good forum for the 3.0 drivers. thought the tip guys might be interested in this.
i swapped my old button shift wheel for a euro a3 sline paddle shift one. the paddles are so much nicer to use.
had the s4 recaros about a week now without a doubt the best mod ever.
now just need the tune from jhm and i am set.

Not trying to derail the thread, but that “shifter delete kit” is a fake product they just put there in jest. I laughed my ass off the first time I saw it.

I like their sense of humor.
as long as you have a tiptronic wheel with the buttons already its almost plug and play. because the buttons are linked together ie you can shift up or down from both sides of the wheel, you have 5 conections up/down up/down and power with the paddles ther is only 3 up/down power.
think i am making this sound more complicated than it is.
the paddles are then just wired to the right colour on the origanal harness.
up/down power(black)
up (green)
down(blue)
i will get some more pictures up its makes more sense when you can see it takes about an hour to do.
