Looking for someone who knows a body/paint shop or someone that would help me paint a new bumper I got for my A3.

You might need to blend the bumper so it doesnt stick out like a sore thumb which means painting a few panels. Buddy of mine just got some work done on his wifes car and many others have recommended this place as well.
